●  Our horizontal test beds are applicable to tensile test or proof load test for various riggings, such as steel wire rope, hoisting belt, strong ring, shackle, and other types of lifting equipment. We can also provide tensile test solutions for profiled parts according to customer needs.

●  Our horizontal test bed body is welded from high-manganese steel plate, and has the advantages of anti-tensile, anti-vibration, durability, and is not easily deformed. It is configured with an ultrahigh-pressure pump system, ensuring plenty of power to easily complete the experiment.

●  Equipped with a high-precision load cell, calibrated by the national-level metrology institute, has measurement accuracy better than 1%.

●  The tensile test is controlled by a computer, with a simple operation interface and complete functions. The test can be completed by simply operating the mouse for selection. It can display data and corresponding curves in real time.

●  The equipment can complete various forms of tests, such as static tension test, breaking tension test, displacement test, and fatigue test etc.

●  The computer will directly finish data acquisition and analysis after the destructive (break) testing, cycle testing, and long-term fatigue testing, and then print the test report and line chart. (Reports can be modified according to customer requirements )
