The external skin utilizes curtain wall and the roofing consists of EPDM. The foundation is spread footings on rock and the Superstructure 9" slabs of reinforced concrete on a typical 12' slab to slab. The building incorporates a four-pipe fan coil HVAC system, fire sprinkler system, the latest hi-tech fiber optic cabling and a high-level security system.
